Car enthusiasts run in Brad Ellingson’s family - where displays of power were encouraged and loud pipes saved lives. His father’s passion for collecting cars ultimately led to the opening of a museum to showcase them all. After his father’s life was cut short from cancer, Brad felt a desire to focus on a new career as a health coach. He uses his diverse background and car analogies as a way to simplify the road to good health. Brad lives with his wife, two children, and an awesome car collection just outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

After graduating from college and working at several large companies as a financial analyst, he furthered his education by obtaining his MBA in accounting from St. Thomas in the mid-90s. He then became involved in his family’s material handling company, serving as Vice President of Operations, handling all aspects of financial, accounting, loss control, and human resources for a growing, $50M company.
Upon his father’s untimely passing from cancer in 2003, Brad decided to help others avoid the pitfalls that come with unhealthy lifestyle habits. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he launched his own business offering health coaching and became certified in several associations as he pursued his quest for knowledge.

His book, “You are not a car…or are you”, has been called an easy to use guide that makes sense and is motivating.
Brad works with both individuals and corporate clients to help them reach their full potential through coaching, speaking and training.
